Our Founders
Dr. Ali Rıza Tiryaki
Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of ARTI Sağlık Çevre Kalite Danışmanlık Eğitim Ltd.
Dr. Ali Rıza Tiryaki graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and completed his compulsory service in Isparta. After working as a general practitioner at Bolu Tuberculosis Hospital, he began his career as an occupational physician at Atatürk Airport. In 1997, he took a bold step and decided to establish his own business.
Since then, he has been at the forefront of occupational health and safety, working on cultural transformation, risk management, and change management consulting. His work spans training program design, instructor development, and the management of consultancy and education projects.
With extensive experience across various sectors and institutions throughout Turkey, he has trained and mentored countless professionals in occupational health and safety. Today, he continues to be a driving force in shaping workplace safety in Turkey.
Dr. Tiryaki is a founding member of the Workplace Physicians Association, established in 2008, where he actively contributes to the development of training programs and professional health monitoring guidelines.
In addition to his work in occupational health and safety, he designed and hosted the radio program Testi Kırılmadan on Açık Radyo. He is also an AFIAP-certified photographer.
Dr. Dilek Tiryaki, MD.
Dr. Dilek Tiryaki graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 1987 and completed her compulsory service in Isparta. After working in various healthcare institutions in Istanbul, she became one of the founding figures of Artı in 1997—a step that would shape not only her own journey but also the future of occupational health and safety in Turkey.
With a deep-rooted expertise in workplace health, Dr. Tiryaki has played a key role in advancing occupational health standards across industries. Recognized as a leading authority in ergonometrics, she has pioneered innovative approaches to workplace design, employee well-being, and human-centered risk prevention strategies. Her work has redefined how businesses approach both safety and productivity, ensuring that organizations prioritize not only compliance but also the long-term health of their workforce.
A dedicated mentor, she has trained and guided countless professionals, helping shape the next generation of occupational health and safety experts. Her name stands among the key figures driving progress in this field in Turkey.
Beyond her work in occupational health, Dr. Tiryaki is also an accomplished artist. Passionate about stained glass and mosaic art, she actively pursues her craft, bringing intricate designs to life through color, texture, and light. Her artistic vision reflects the same precision and depth that define her professional work—thoughtful, intricate, and enduring.
